We've furnished this ground-floor space with a central table and comfortable cushioned chairs that keep everyone engaged through longer discussions. With capacity for up to 10 people in boardroom style, it's become our go-to room for confidential discussions and focused team sessions. Warm, neutral tones create a calm atmosphere that helps clear thinking, while our flip chart stands ready for brainstorming sessions. The room's thoughtful lighting compensates for the more intimate window arrangement, ensuring your presentations and documents remain clearly visible throughout the day. We find the slightly enclosed feel actually helps groups concentrate better, particularly during strategy planning or sensitive negotiations. Our venue sits in the old town of Blaby, making arrival straightforward via the M1 and M69. Your team can park free of charge and walk straight to the meeting room without navigating multiple floors or corridors. Being five miles from Leicester city centre means you avoid the morning traffic whilst staying close to Fosse Park and the main business parks where many of our guests have their offices. The Cosby Room particularly suits board meetings, interview panels, and departmental planning sessions where privacy matters. During breaks, your group can step out to our bar lounge for refreshments, or if you're running a full-day session, we'll arrange working lunches delivered directly to the room. Some groups book the Cosby alongside our larger spaces, using it as a breakout room for smaller group work or one-to-one discussions during bigger conferences.
