The Neon room brings something different to your standard meeting setup. That black-and-white pool hall mural on the exposed brick wall sets the tone immediately - this isn't your typical corporate boardroom. We've kept the original brickwork from when this building housed a completely different business, and paired it with contemporary pendant lighting that creates just the right atmosphere for focused discussions. Six wide, comfortable chairs surround our dark boardroom table, giving everyone proper space to spread out papers or laptops during longer sessions. The 56" LED screen mounted on the wall handles presentations smoothly, and our high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected without those awkward buffering moments. While we don't have built-in video conferencing equipment, the setup works well with your own devices for virtual meetings. What makes Neon particularly popular is how the room's character shifts the energy of meetings. The low lighting and that vintage pool scene create a relaxed environment where people tend to open up more than in stark, fluorescent-lit spaces. Teams often tell us they get their best brainstorming done here. Between meetings, you can grab coffee from our ground-floor café, or if you're wrapping up late, the space transforms into a proper bar with craft beers and cocktails. The massive atrium outside provides plenty of natural light and informal seating if you need to continue conversations after your booking ends. Getting here is straightforward - we're roughly equidistant from Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury stations, about a 10-minute walk from either. Chiswick High Road's cafés and restaurants are close by if you're planning lunch meetings. For cyclists, we have secure storage and showers available, making it easy to combine your commute with some exercise along the nearby Thames path.
