We've designed the Cromwell Suite to be the kind of meeting space where real work gets done. The polished boardroom table seats 12 comfortably in high-backed leather chairs, and we position everything based on what works best for your agenda, whether that's a formal board meeting or an interactive workshop. The smart monitor mounted on the wall comes ready for whatever technology you bring. Just plug in your laptop for presentations, or fire up Zoom for hybrid meetings using the integrated camera. The system works smoothly without the usual faffing about with cables and connections. When you need to sketch out ideas, the monitor doubles as a digital whiteboard, though we keep traditional flip charts on hand too. Natural light pours in through our tall Victorian windows, keeping everyone alert without the harsh glare of overhead fluorescents. We dress the windows with proper curtains, so you can adjust the light levels as needed throughout the day. The contemporary fixtures and curated artwork create a professional backdrop without feeling sterile, while our potted plants add just enough life to the space. Your refreshment station stays stocked throughout your booking. We arrange proper coffee and a selection of teas alongside still and sparkling water. Fresh fruit sits next to cookies and sweets, giving your attendees options whether they need an energy boost or just something to nibble during discussions. Everything's laid out on the side table, so it doesn't clutter your workspace. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Gloucester Road station puts you three minutes from our door, with direct connections across London. Your attendees can pop out between sessions to clear their heads in Hyde Park or grab lunch at one of South Kensington's many cafes. The Natural History Museum and V&A provide impressive venues for evening drinks if you're planning to continue conversations after your meeting wraps up.
