The Battleship room sits on our lower ground floor, where typographical wall graphics celebrate Fleet Street's printing heritage across the walls. We've arranged 16 comfortable grey chairs around a substantial wooden table that gives everyone plenty of space to spread out their materials and laptops during workshops or strategy sessions. Our tech setup makes presenting straightforward. The large LED screen at the front connects wirelessly to your devices, so you can share presentations without hunting for cables. We've installed video conferencing equipment that actually works first time, which our regular clients particularly appreciate for their hybrid meetings. The writable wall runs along one side, perfect when your team needs to map out ideas or sketch workflows during brainstorming sessions. While the lower ground location means no natural light, we've compensated with good overhead lighting and added plants throughout the space. The shelving unit holds more greenery alongside some vintage printing blocks and typography pieces that reference the building's newspaper past. These touches help create a workspace that feels professional without being sterile. Java Java, our ground floor café, delivers directly to the room, though finding us the first time can take a moment as the building layout isn't immediately obvious. Felix and his team know the menu inside out and can recommend their flatbreads or salads for lunch meetings. The walk from St Paul's takes about five minutes, or you can approach from Chancery Lane, Blackfriars or Holborn stations. City Thameslink sits even closer for those coming from north or south London. We've equipped the room for full-day workshops and team meetings, with chilled water and proper glassware already set up when you arrive. The space works particularly well for presentations where you need both screen sharing and wall space for collaborative work.

The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
