Meeting Room 1 sits on our top floor with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Canada Water dock, where morning meetings often start with the sight of ducks gliding past. The space holds 15 people around the boardroom table or 20 in theatre-style rows, with natural light flooding in throughout the day. We've kept the design simple and functional, white tables paired with comfortable black chairs, while the colourful carpet adds warmth to the professional setting. The interactive whiteboard gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions, and our built-in projector and screen mean you won't need to bring any presentation equipment. Everything's already connected and ready to go when you arrive. Your attendees can step straight from Canada Water tube station into our building, we're literally right above it at 21 Surrey Quays Road. This saves everyone time, especially during rush hour when every minute counts. The dock views seem to help people stay focused during longer sessions, something our regular booking teams often mention. Coffee and pastries can be waiting when your group arrives, courtesy of Caff A on our ground floor. Most groups order lunch to be brought up too, whether that's sandwiches for working lunches or hot meals for all-day sessions. Water jugs are refreshed throughout your booking, and our library team handle reception duties, checking your attendees in as they arrive. The room works particularly well for team meetings, training workshops, and presentations where you need everyone engaged. Have met there regularly over the last few months with my working group using room 4. Convenient by Canada Water tube station, nice view of the pond with ducks, plenty of places to eat and easy to get there from London Bridge. Library staff very friendly to check in and...
