The Hanbury room sits at the back of our building, opening onto the central atrium where natural light pours through the original factory windows. We've kept the pharmaceutical factory's exposed brickwork, which gives the space real character while maintaining a professional atmosphere that works brilliantly for board meetings and presentations. Eight people can gather comfortably around the large wooden boardroom table, each settling into our mix of colourful chairs that add personality without sacrificing comfort. The patchwork panels on the walls aren't just decorative, they create an inspiring backdrop that our regular clients tell us helps spark creative thinking during strategy sessions. For presentations, we've mounted a 55" LED screen on the wall with Airtame wireless sharing, so connecting your laptop takes seconds rather than fumbling with cables. The writable wall runs along one side, giving you plenty of space for mapping out ideas or keeping track of action points. We've also set up video conferencing capabilities for when team members join remotely. The room stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and that factory heritage means you get proper ventilation too. When you need refreshments, Gaff Café downstairs can sort everything from morning coffees to working lunches, and they know exactly what meeting rooms need in terms of timing and presentation. You'll find us easily accessible from Bethnal Green tube and overground stations, both just minutes away. The East London location means your attendees have plenty of options for grabbing lunch or continuing discussions after the meeting ends. Railway arches and independent restaurants fill the neighbourhood, while Bethnal Green Gardens across the road offers a green escape between sessions.

The venue was good and the others attending were impressed. The only things I would say are that it was not obvious who I was supposed to check in with on arrival / where I was supposed to go (I eventually found the Back Office) and also I was not provided with the wifi...
