At our venue, professionals gather around the striking wooden table that anchors our Boardroom, where exposed brick meets modern technology in a space that seats 8-10 people comfortably. The rustic wooden table stretches the length of the room, paired with ergonomic black chairs that keep everyone comfortable during extended sessions. We've equipped this room with an interactive smart board and video meeting owl, making hybrid meetings as natural as face-to-face discussions. The large screen mounted at one end ensures everyone can see presentations clearly, whether they're joining remotely or sitting across the table. Upon request, we'll set up flipcharts, whiteboards and pens for your brainstorming sessions. The industrial brick wall creates an interesting backdrop that sparks conversation before meetings even begin. Combined with warm wooden flooring throughout, the space feels both professional and refreshingly different from typical corporate environments. While the room doesn't have windows, we've installed thoughtful lighting that keeps the space bright and energising throughout the day. Our location on Meridian Way in Norwich makes arriving simple, with 18 dedicated parking spaces right outside the door. Public transport connections work well too, and our team can provide directions when you book. We include scheduled breaks with lunch in our meeting packages, maintaining the same hospitality standards we're known for in our regular workshops.
