The boardroom setup seats 18 comfortably around the central table, perfect for focused discussions and decision-making sessions. For training days, our classroom arrangement accommodates 16 with proper desk space for laptops and materials. When you need theatre-style seating for presentations, we can fit 40 delegates, while the U-shape configuration works well for 18 participants who need to see both the presenter and each other clearly. Our AV setup includes a ceiling-mounted projector and retractable screen, positioned for optimal viewing from every seat. The room's acoustic design means conversations stay crisp and clear, whether you're presenting quarterly figures or running an interactive workshop.
