This lower ground floor space accommodates up to 50 people comfortably, making it perfect for those larger training days, company presentations, or networking events that need room to breathe. We've installed dual LED screens at strategic points, ensuring everyone has clear sightlines regardless of where they're seated. The writable board runs along one wall, giving presenters plenty of space for brainstorming sessions or complex diagrams. Our Airtame technology means you can present wirelessly from any device, while the video conferencing equipment handles virtual attendees smoothly when you need hybrid meetings. The movable tables give you complete control over your layout. We often see groups arranging them classroom-style for training courses, pushing them against the walls for standing networking events, or clustering them for workshop breakouts. Natural light streams through the large windows despite being on the lower ground floor, keeping energy levels up during those all-day sessions. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, though do ask reception for the login details when you arrive. The space has that professional feel you need for client presentations, softened by the potted plants we've placed throughout and the warm wood tones of the furniture. The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
