The Wheelbarrow meeting room sits on the lower ground floor of our Fleet Street building, where the original Art Deco architecture from The Sun newspaper days creates an inspiring backdrop for your team sessions. We've designed this space around a circular table that seats up to 12 people, encouraging the kind of face-to-face collaboration that gets results. You'll find everything runs smoothly here with our LED screen mounted on the wall, ready for plug-and-play presentations the moment you walk in. The writable wall has become a favourite feature, giving teams plenty of space to map out ideas and keep the creative flow going throughout the day. We've furnished the room with comfortable black chairs around the sleek roundtable, creating a professional setting that still feels relaxed enough for open discussion. Natural touches of greenery complement the bright lighting and neutral colour scheme, though some guests have mentioned they'd prefer even more light for full-day workshops. The high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, and reception can provide the login details when you arrive. Java Java, our independent café on the ground floor, sits just a short walk from the room. Felix and his team regularly deliver Union Coffee Roasters beverages and fresh food directly to your meeting, which helps since the building layout takes a bit of getting used to. They've become known for their flatbreads and salad bar, perfect for keeping energy levels up during longer sessions. Transport couldn't be more convenient with St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Holborn, and Blackfriars stations all within walking distance. City Thameslink offers another option nearby. The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
