The Mal 5 room transforms our church's former side chapel into one of our most flexible meeting spaces. Walk past the illuminated shelving that lines the walls, where soft lighting creates an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming. We've found this particular room works brilliantly for everything from board meetings to training sessions, with natural light filtering through while maintaining complete privacy from the street below. The space comfortably hosts 60 people theatre-style, though many clients prefer our boardroom setup for 32, where the combination of plush seating and generous table space makes day-long sessions surprisingly comfortable. The patterned carpet adds visual interest without being distracting, while the neutral colour palette keeps focus where it should be, on your agenda. Our AV setup includes flatscreen TVs and projectors positioned for clear sightlines from every seat. The high-speed WiFi handles multiple devices without slowing, something our tech-heavy corporate clients particularly appreciate. Flip charts are available for those who prefer traditional brainstorming methods alongside the digital options. The room's versatility shows in its various configurations. Coffee breaks can be set up inside the room or in the adjoining space, depending on your preference.
