The Conrad meeting room sits on one of our upper floors, where the afternoon sun streams through the window and gives everyone around the table a proper view of the London skyline. We've furnished it with a white conference table that seats 12 comfortably, paired with ergonomic black chairs that actually support you through those marathon strategy sessions. What catches people's eye first is usually the geometric feature wall, a bold pattern that adds character without overwhelming the space. We find it works particularly well as a backdrop for video calls, giving remote participants something more interesting to look at than blank walls. The room gets plenty of natural light, which our regular bookers tell us makes a real difference during long meetings, especially in winter months. We've positioned a coat stand by the door and set up a small refreshment station in the corner, complete with water and glasses. The high-speed internet connection handles multiple devices without that frustrating lag during presentations, and our AV setup means you can share screens and documents without the usual technical hiccups. Our venue sits right between King's Cross and St Pancras International stations, with Euston just a short walk away. Many clients book the Conrad specifically because they can wrap up their meeting and catch a train within minutes, whether heading north, taking the Eurostar, or connecting elsewhere in London.
