Walking through the doors of Inspiration 9, you'll find yourself in a space where natural light streams across 49 square metres of thoughtfully designed meeting room. The windows frame views of Attenborough Nature Reserve, bringing a sense of calm to your business discussions while keeping everyone focused and energised throughout the day. We've set up this room to adapt to however you prefer to work. The boardroom configuration seats 12 comfortably around the table, perfect for strategy sessions or client presentations. Need more attendees? We can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 30 people, or classroom layout for 21 when note-taking matters. The U-shape setup works brilliantly for training workshops with 12 participants, while our cabaret arrangement for 16 encourages collaborative breakout discussions. ClickShare technology means connecting your laptop takes seconds, not minutes of fiddling with cables. The 2.79-metre ceiling height gives the room an airy feel, preventing that closed-in sensation during longer meetings. When minds need refreshing, step out onto the Inspiration Balcony, where conversations often continue with a different perspective. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Just off junction 25 of the M1, we're two miles from both Beeston and Long Eaton stations, with East Midlands Airport only ten miles away for flying visitors. Everyone can park free right outside, removing one more worry from the day. Between sessions, the Starbucks in our lobby keeps caffeine levels topped up, while lunch at the Pub & Grill ranges from quick salads to proper sit-down meals. Some groups even continue discussions over dinner, taking advantage of the relaxed atmosphere. After particularly intense days, the pool and steam room downstairs help clear heads before tomorrow's agenda.
