Maritime history lines the walls of our Club Library, where leather-bound volumes share space with ship models and nautical charts. We've configured this room countless ways, from boardroom sessions for 25 executives to theatre-style presentations for 60 delegates, and each arrangement makes the most of those floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Thames. The deep blue carpeting and dark wood bookshelves create a scholarly atmosphere that helps focus minds during strategy sessions and training seminars. Natural light pours in throughout the day, though we installed blackout options for when presentations require it. Our inbuilt AV system handles everything from video conferences to multi-screen presentations, with projector, PA system and flatscreen TV all connected and ready. We often see teams spread out here for workshops, using the cabaret layout for 40 people when they need space for laptops and materials. The banquet arrangement seats 50 comfortably for working lunches, while reception-style events bring up to 70 people together for networking or celebrations. Air conditioning keeps the temperature steady year-round, and the Wi-Fi handles whatever bandwidth your team requires. The room works particularly well combined with our other spaces when you need breakout areas or want to separate presentations from refreshment breaks. Our in-house catering team delivers everything from coffee and pastries to full lunch service, timing deliveries around your agenda. Transport couldn't be simpler, with both Southwark and London Bridge stations nearby, plus parking available next door. Many groups appreciate being able to step out onto our riverside terrace during breaks, watching the Thames traffic pass by. The maritime setting seems to inspire fresh thinking, whether you're brainstorming new products or training your sales team.
