Our Holyrood Room gets its name from the palace just down the Royal Mile, and much like its namesake, it commands attention. Step inside and those large windows immediately draw your eye, flooding the space with Edinburgh daylight that transforms throughout the day, from morning energy to afternoon warmth. We've configured this room countless ways over the years. Theatre style fits 120 delegates comfortably, while classroom setup works beautifully for 70 participants who need desk space for laptops and notes. The boardroom arrangement seats 60, and we often use the U-shape configuration for the same number when teams want that collaborative feel. For more relaxed networking events, our cabaret setup accommodates 70 guests around round tables. The technology here just works. Our projector delivers crisp presentations, the PA system carries voices clearly to every corner, and the Wi-Fi handles whatever your team throws at it. Individual climate control means we can adjust the temperature as the room fills, and the lighting adapts from bright working conditions to something softer for evening receptions.
