The Assam meeting room offers something quite special: a Juliette balcony where Tower Bridge frames your discussions. Eight people fit comfortably around our boardroom table, and when conversations need a moment to breathe, you can step out onto the balcony and watch the Thames flow past. We've set up two large TV screens at either end of the room, making it easy for everyone to follow presentations without craning their necks. The whiteboard runs along one wall, ready for brainstorming sessions or quick diagrams. Natural light pours in through the balcony doors, keeping the energy up during those longer meetings. The room retains the character of our converted tea warehouse with exposed concrete beams overhead and original brickwork along the walls. These industrial elements create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and creative, something our regular clients tell us helps their teams think differently. Our facilities team ensures the tech runs smoothly, with fast Wi-Fi throughout and support on hand if you need help connecting devices. The communal breakout area just outside has fresh coffee brewing all day, plus tea and snacks to keep everyone focused. For full-day sessions, we can arrange a healthy buffet lunch at £15 + VAT per person. Whether you're conducting interviews, running training sessions, or gathering your team for strategic planning, this space adapts to your needs. The proximity to London Bridge station means your attendees can reach us easily, and when you wrap up, there are plenty of restaurants nearby for continuing conversations over dinner. Half-day bookings start at £149 + VAT, with full-day options available for those deeper dives into your projects.
