The Stour Suite welcomes you with the kind of natural light that makes morning meetings feel less like meetings and more like productive conversations. Down on our lower level, this 25-square-metre space has become the go-to room for teams who need to focus without distractions. We've set up the room to work exactly how you need it. Ten people fit comfortably around the boardroom table for strategy sessions, or we can rearrange for theatre-style presentations to 20 colleagues. The U-shaped layout works particularly well for training workshops with 8 participants, giving everyone clear sightlines to the wall-mounted LCD screen. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, especially appreciated during those longer afternoon sessions. The window overlooking our grounds brings in plenty of daylight, something our regular bookers specifically request. The neutral décor with its patterned carpet creates a professional atmosphere without feeling stark or corporate. While the suite sits on the lower level without disabled access, the location keeps things quiet and focused. Coffee breaks happen just upstairs at the Bracken Place Restaurant and Bar, where Starbucks coffee and our terrace provide a change of scene between sessions. Many groups appreciate how the woodland setting helps clear heads during breaks, while still being minutes from the M3 and M27 for easy journeys back to London or along the coast. Southampton International Airport is a quick 2-mile taxi ride away, making this suite practical for teams flying in for the day. The city centre lies 4 miles down the road when you need additional services or evening entertainment after wrapping up.
