We've preserved the original Regency features here in our Grade II listed building on Cambray Place, with the intricate cornicing and period details providing a refreshing change from standard corporate meeting spaces. The soft green carpet and white walls create a calm backdrop for your work, while the flip chart stands ready for those moments when ideas need to flow freely onto paper. When you need more space, we can open the connecting doors to our boardroom next door, transforming two separate areas into one continuous venue that works beautifully for training sessions or larger gatherings. Together, the spaces can accommodate up to 40 people for reception-style events, or 15 in a classroom setup. Our location puts you right in Cheltenham's center, just minutes from the High Street. After your meeting, you might take a short walk through nearby Sandford Park or find lunch in the Montpellier area. While parking directly outside can be limited, our reception team knows all the best spots within easy walking distance and will point you in the right direction. The room comes equipped with everything needed for effective meetings, from reliable Wi-Fi to audio-visual equipment. We can arrange various catering options to suit your requirements, though please note that refreshments aren't included in the room price and can be added separately through our amenities options. Very easy to book, the staff at Harley House were very helpful and friendly, the room was perfect and the facilities good. Parking can be an issue directly outside the venue but there is plenty of public parking locally.
