The Trueman 1 room brings together everything you need for a productive meeting in one thoughtfully designed space. This 113-square-metre room runs 14.1 metres long by 8 metres wide, giving you plenty of flexibility for different seating arrangements. Natural light streams through the large windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during long sessions. We've equipped the room with all the technical essentials: projector, screen, sound system and microphones are ready to go when you arrive. The free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and our technical team stays nearby if you need any support. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature year-round, while the neutral décor with modern lighting fixtures creates a professional backdrop that won't distract from your presentations. The room adapts to match your meeting format. For larger presentations, we can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 90 people. Board meetings work beautifully with 30 seats around the table, while U-shape configurations for 30 allow everyone to see each other during discussions. Training sessions fit comfortably with classroom seating for 40, and if you're planning a working lunch or dinner, we can accommodate 50 guests banquet-style or 40 in cabaret layout. Reception-style events work well too, with space for 60 people to network comfortably. The private foyer outside provides a natural breakout area where attendees can stretch their legs between sessions or continue conversations over coffee.
