Our Exhibition Space welcomes up to 100 delegates into what was once the heart of this historic textile mill. The industrial heritage remains visible in the original architecture, now transformed into a contemporary meeting environment where natural light pours through large windows overlooking the River Colne. We've designed this space with flexibility at its core. Whether you're planning a theatre-style presentation for 100, a cabaret layout for 64, or a more intimate boardroom setup for 25, the room adapts seamlessly. The mezzanine level above serves a dual purpose, providing an elegant vantage point during presentations and a dedicated area for refreshment breaks where delegates can network while enjoying views across the space. Technology forms the backbone of productive meetings here. Our high-definition projection system features a 3-metre wide main screen, supported by two additional 42" wall-mounted displays ensuring everyone has clear sightlines. The integrated speaker array connects to radio microphones, delivering crystal-clear audio throughout the room. With our 1Gbps wired broadband and 300Mbps wireless connectivity, streaming presentations or hosting hybrid meetings runs smoothly. The space regularly hosts investor presentations, product launches, and training workshops. Being situated within a working innovation centre adds a unique dimension, delegates often comment on the creative energy that comes from sharing a building with active research laboratories and prototyping facilities. Our location offers easy access via public transport, with the added convenience of on-site shower facilities and secure bike storage for those who cycle.
