We've configured Suite 1 in every possible way over the years. Theatre-style, we fit 110 delegates comfortably with clear sightlines to the LCD projector and screen. For boardroom discussions, 40 people can gather around tables without feeling cramped. The banquet setup works brilliantly for 80 guests when teams need to collaborate over working lunches. Our furniture rolls easily, so switching from classroom rows for 40 to a U-shape for 35 takes minutes, not hours. The practical details make all the difference here.
