The Kings Suite offers a genuinely practical space for your next conference or training session. Our largest meeting room comfortably seats 120 delegates theatre-style, with plenty of room to move between the blue upholstered chairs we've arranged for optimal sightlines and comfort. What makes this room work so well is its adaptability. We can divide it into Kings 1 and Kings 2 when you need breakout spaces or smaller group sessions. The full suite measures 14.70 by 6.40 metres, giving you flexibility for different configurations, whether you prefer classroom rows for 42, a U-shape arrangement, or banquet rounds for 60 guests. Natural daylight streams through the large windows throughout the day, keeping everyone alert without that artificial meeting room feel. We've installed proper air conditioning that actually maintains a comfortable temperature, plus an LCD projector and high-speed internet that our tech-dependent clients particularly appreciate. You'll find us in the Meeting Academy on the ground floor, with level access throughout for wheelchairs and equipment trolleys.
