Meeting Room 2 works brilliantly for those focused boardroom sessions where real decisions get made. We've set up this space with a substantial table at its centre, surrounded by comfortable chairs that keep everyone engaged even during longer discussions. The room comfortably seats 12 people in boardroom layout, though we can reconfigure it for classroom style (10 people), theatre arrangement (14 people), or even reception format for up to 24 guests. The large screen mounted on the wall transforms presentations from basic slideshows into engaging visual experiences. Our high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, so streaming content or joining remote colleagues poses no problems. We've kept the décor purposefully neutral, with clean walls and professional tones that help maintain focus without distractions.
