The Gallery is our largest meeting space, and from the moment your delegates walk in, they'll notice how the floor-to-ceiling windows transform the atmosphere. Natural light pours across the room throughout the day, though we can close the blackout curtains whenever your presentations demand it. We've hosted conferences for 120 people here in theatre layout, but the space works just as well for 48 in classroom style when you need everyone taking notes, or 60 around round tables for more collaborative sessions. Our events team regularly reconfigures The Gallery to match exactly what you're planning. Yesterday it was set boardroom-style for 60 executives discussing quarterly results, today we're preparing a cabaret layout for a product workshop. The projector and flatscreen TV are already mounted and tested, the PA system reaches every corner clearly, and our WiFi handles everyone streaming and downloading without dropping out. What makes this room particularly effective is how it connects to the rest of our venue. Coffee breaks happen just outside the doors, lunch service flows smoothly from our kitchen, and when your team needs five minutes of fresh air, the canal towpath is a two-minute walk through Brindleyplace. Birmingham New Street station sits just ten minutes away on foot, so London-based teams can be here by 9:30am without rushing. We've noticed groups appreciate having options nearby when the day wraps up. Teams often continue conversations over dinner at one of Brindleyplace's restaurants, or some might catch a show at Symphony Hall just around the corner. The 238 guest rooms upstairs mean nobody's watching the clock during afternoon sessions, and the fitness center stays open for those who need to decompress after a full day of meetings.
