Bright red chairs circle the polished table in our Meeting Room 7, creating an energising focal point that our regular clients particularly appreciate. We positioned this space on the second floor to capture the morning sun through those generous windows, and the natural light transforms throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during long strategy sessions or intensive workshops. The room comfortably seats 24 people around our boardroom table, with enough space to move around without that cramped feeling you get in typical meeting rooms. We chose those distinctive red chairs after testing dozens of options, they're surprisingly comfortable even after hours of discussions, and the bold colour seems to spark creativity. The wood-panelled feature wall houses our presentation screen, creating a natural focal point that works equally well for PowerPoint presentations or video conferences. Our tech setup includes a reliable video conferencing system that connects instantly, no fiddling with settings or calling IT support. The acoustics work brilliantly too, everyone can hear clearly whether they're at the far end of the table or dialling in from overseas. We've added plants throughout the space, which soften the professional atmosphere without cluttering the clean lines. David Chipperfield's 3.2-metre ceilings make a real difference here, you'll notice how the extra height creates breathing room, especially important when you're brainstorming with a full team. The neutral carpet and walls provide a calm backdrop that won't distract from your content, while those panoramic windows frame views across the city that often become talking points during coffee breaks. Three minutes' walk brings you to King's Cross St Pancras Underground, while St Pancras International sits just three minutes away for Eurostar connections. Euston takes twelve minutes on foot. Pancras Square below offers excellent lunch spots and evening venues for entertaining clients after successful meetings.
