The Boardroom sits on the upper floors of our venue, where polished wood paneling and soft lighting create an atmosphere that puts executives at ease from the first handshake. This intimate space centres around a substantial mahogany table that seats 16 comfortably, with high-backed leather chairs that support you through those lengthy strategy sessions. We've equipped the room with a wall-mounted display screen and full AV capabilities, including video conferencing systems that connect you seamlessly with remote participants. The controlled lighting compensates for the absence of natural daylight, creating consistent conditions that work particularly well for presentations and detailed document reviews. What sets The Boardroom apart is its versatility. While most groups use the traditional boardroom configuration for meetings, we regularly reconfigure the space for standing receptions accommodating up to 20 guests. Corporate clients often book it for morning board meetings, then transform it into an elegant cocktail space for evening networking. The location proves particularly convenient, with Knightsbridge tube station just minutes away and Hyde Park Corner providing additional transport links. Many of our regular clients appreciate being able to walk to their offices in Belgravia or Mayfair after meetings.
