The rich red walls and towering bookshelves create an atmosphere that encourages thoughtful discussion, while the ground floor location near our private entrance means your delegates can slip in without navigating the main club areas. We've hosted everything from board meetings to creative workshops in this space, and the feedback is always the same: people think more clearly here. Perhaps it's the natural daylight filtering through, or the way those plush red armchairs seem to put everyone at ease. The patterned blue carpet and classic wooden tables add to the traditional feel without making the room feel stuffy or outdated. For practical matters, we can arrange the Library in several configurations. Boardroom style works beautifully for up to 24 people, while theatre layout accommodates 40. If you're planning a more informal gathering, we can set up for 60 guests reception-style. The U-shape configuration seats 24 comfortably, and we find this works particularly well for training sessions or presentations where interaction matters. The room comes equipped with Wi-Fi and projectors, plus all the standard meeting requirements. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. Two smaller adjoining spaces work perfectly for registration or coffee breaks, meaning your group can spread out when needed without losing that sense of cohesion. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Victoria and Knightsbridge stations both nearby. Once your guests arrive, they'll appreciate the calm environment, completely removed from city noise despite our central location near Hyde Park Corner.
