The Charlotte Room sits on the lower ground floor of our Victorian building in Fitzrovia, where we've created a focused meeting space that works well for groups who need to get things done. The dark wood table seats up to 14 people comfortably in boardroom style, with purple upholstered chairs that support you through longer sessions. Natural light comes through the window, though being on the lower level means the room has a more enclosed feel that many of our clients find helps with concentration. We've installed recessed ceiling lights to keep the space bright throughout the day, and the wall-mounted flat-screen TV handles presentations clearly, though for larger groups seated at the far end, you might want to share handouts as well. Our location puts you right behind the BBC headquarters, with Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Regent's Park stations all within a few minutes' walk. This central position means your attendees have multiple transport options, plus plenty of coffee shops nearby for those who arrive early. The room comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning included in your booking, no hidden extras. While the air conditioning manages temperature control, we do recommend opening windows during breaks when you have a full group, as the room can warm up with 14 people working together. Our Meeting Coordinating Team prepares all catering fresh on-site. When you book lunch, we serve it in our separate dining room upstairs where the original Victorian features provide a complete change of atmosphere between sessions. The dining space also works as an additional breakout area if you need somewhere for small group work. The Charlotte Room functions best for board meetings, training sessions, team workshops and presentations where you need everyone around one table. We can arrange the space for morning, afternoon, full day or evening bookings to match your schedule.

Only slight challenge was, being a basement room, air circulation was a bit of a struggle - so it got hot quite quickly. and the TV was a bit small give the capacity of the room.

Great location Food and tea/coffee were a bit lacking and dull windows were frosted over and did not open which let the room feeling a bit stuffy but great experience over all
