Our Clements Suite sits on the quieter side of the building, where six people can gather around the wooden table without feeling cramped or overlooked. We've positioned the blue velvet chairs to encourage conversation, and the etched glass walls create just enough separation from the corridor while letting you see when your next attendee arrives. The pendant lights overhead cast the right amount of brightness across the table, compensating for the lack of windows. We find this actually helps with focus, especially during afternoon sessions when other rooms might battle glare. The mounted screen connects easily to laptops, and we keep the whiteboard stocked with fresh markers for those moments when ideas need to flow freely. Video calls work smoothly here thanks to the conferencing setup we've tested extensively. The location was excellent and just a short walk from Picadilly, the room was of a great standard with access to the TV projector and flip charts that we needed.

One comment for improvement would be on arrival it would be helpful to offer wifi information or provide it ...

Super venue run by super friendly people who are only too happy to help when you need it, and leave you to crack on when you don't! Many many lunchtime and post-work food and drink options within moments of the venue. Highly recommend.
