When eight people gather around the dark wooden table in the Warner Room, you'll notice how the space creates its own focused atmosphere. We've designed this room specifically for those smaller meetings where every voice needs to be heard, positioning comfortable modern chairs to encourage natural conversation flow. The frosted glass panels give you complete privacy while our overhead lighting keeps everything bright and energising, even without windows. We've mounted a flatscreen TV at the perfect height for presentations, and you'll find both a flipchart and whiteboard ready for those moments when ideas need to be captured quickly. Our air conditioning runs quietly in the background, maintaining comfort without disrupting discussion. Abstract artwork adds a splash of colour to the otherwise calm, neutral space. We've kept the design deliberately minimal, letting your meeting take centre stage. The boardroom setup accommodates eight comfortably, though we can squeeze in nine for theatre-style presentations when needed. Our location puts you right in Birmingham's business district, with New Street Station just five minutes away on foot. The surrounding Brindleyplace area offers plenty of cafes and restaurants for those working lunches or post-meeting catch-ups. We provide reliable Wi-Fi throughout, conference call facilities for remote participants, and secure on-site parking. The Warner Room works particularly well for board meetings, strategy sessions, interviews, or training workshops. We can arrange catering through our in-house team, including halal and kosher options, with complimentary water provided. The building offers step-free access and accessible facilities throughout. Due to a lack of ground floor reception staff you will find yourself stood outside for long periods waiting to be let in by a member of staff. If you manage to follow someone in you will then find that you do not have the ability to use the lifts or access the stairwell...

This is a fab venue in central Birmingham, very clean, very modern and lovely setting. The room was a good size and came with everything we needed. Few small hiccups though 1) we were given a pass for our meeting room door but not to get into the building, lifts, stairw...

If I could give more stars I would. The room was spotless and of a high quality - we were offered to use free tea and coffee making facilities 9which were spotessly clean). Additionally the reception lady that greeted us and took us to our room was absolutely brillian...

Loved it, super location and really well set up.

I am leaving a review mainly to praise the lady on reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything about this place was good except poor signage to find the building in the square.

Friendly people who showed us everything we needed to know. Very close to the ICC main building which was key. AV was good and worked well, as did the free refreshments!
