The boardroom on our second floor gets more sunlight than most offices see in a week. Meeting Room 1&2&3 catches morning light through those original baroque windows, the kind of architectural detail we kept when converting this 19th-century building. Twenty people fit comfortably around the tables in boardroom configuration, though we can rearrange for theatre-style seating if you need space for 30. We've mounted a large projector screen at one end, with additional flat-screen TVs positioned so everyone gets a clear view of your presentations. The neutral palette keeps focus on your work rather than the décor, while natural light from those generous windows means you won't feel trapped in another windowless meeting box. When you need a break, our second-floor terrace sits just down the corridor, complete with outdoor plug sockets if you want to continue discussions al fresco. Our venue occupies a quieter pocket of Marylebone, yet Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations are both within a few minutes' walk. This balance works particularly well for client meetings, offering central London accessibility without the usual street noise. The building's central atrium ensures corridors stay bright, and we've preserved original architectural features throughout the five floors. Previous guests consistently praise our modern facilities and prime location. The space works equally well for strategic planning sessions, team workshops, or board meetings. We do ask for two days' notice if you'd like catering arranged, giving our kitchen team time to prepare properly. Secure bike storage and shower facilities are available if anyone's cycling in, and our phone booths offer privacy for confidential calls between sessions.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
