The professional space seats up to 12 people around a large conference table, with modern chairs ensuring comfort during extended sessions. We've arranged additional configurations too: classroom style for 16 delegates or theatre seating for the same number when presentations take priority. Your team will find everything needed for productive meetings already in place. The projector and screen make sharing ideas straightforward, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. We include two rounds of tea and coffee per person, brought up from our ground floor café where baristas craft each cup fresh. The neutral walls and light wood flooring create a clean, focused environment, with overhead lighting maintaining brightness throughout your session. What makes meeting here different is the atmosphere that surrounds you. Through the windows, climbers work through problems on our walls below, their determination often sparking fresh thinking in the room. During breaks, groups naturally drift down to our lounge area, where conversations continue over homemade cakes and the hum of the climbing community. The café serves hot food alongside cold drinks, keeping energy levels steady through afternoon sessions. Access requires using stairs to reach the first floor (no disabled access available to the Boardroom), though our ground floor remains fully wheelchair accessible for refreshment breaks or informal discussions. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome throughout our center, unusual for meeting venues but perfectly normal here. For teams wanting to blend mental and physical challenges, we can arrange climbing sessions after your meeting. Our instructors lead groups through introductions to bouldering, turning traditional team-building on its head. The combination of boardroom strategy and climbing wall problem-solving creates memorable days that achieve real results.
