Our converted paper factory's third floor houses The White Loft & The Chalet, two interconnected spaces that work brilliantly as one expansive venue or separate zones for different activities. Step into The White Loft and you'll immediately notice how the morning sun streams through the oversized windows, illuminating the white-painted ceiling beams that remind everyone we're in a building with genuine industrial heritage. The White Loft spreads across a generous floor plan where we regularly seat 120 for presentations or arrange round tables for 80 in classroom style. The light wooden floors and contemporary furnishings create an atmosphere that feels both professional and relaxed. We've installed a flatscreen TV and projector that our corporate clients particularly appreciate for their presentations and workshops. When companies book product launches here, they often comment on how the natural light shows their products at their best, though we can black out the windows completely when you need controlled lighting for screenings. Through the connecting doorway, The Chalet offers something completely different. We furnished this breakout space with leather sofas and selected pieces that give it character, including ornate mirrors and colorful lamps that catch the eye. Groups often retreat here during conference breaks or use it as a VIP area during larger receptions. The high ceilings maintain that sense of space while the décor creates a more intimate feeling perfect for focused discussions. Together, these rooms accommodate 150 guests for standing receptions or 110 for seated dinners. Our team regularly reconfigures the layout, setting up U-shaped arrangements for 50-person board meetings or cabaret style for 100. The cargo lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities ensure everyone can join your event comfortably. You'll find us just a short walk from Old Street Station, where the creative energy of the area flows naturally into these adaptable spaces.
