The Fleming meeting room sits on an upper floor of our Cheapside building, where ten leather chairs circle a polished boardroom table beneath expansive windows. From here, you're looking directly across to St Paul's Cathedral, its dome framed by the surrounding cityscape - a view that often becomes a talking point before meetings even begin. We've positioned the large flatscreen at the head of the table for clear sightlines from every seat. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connection, while our video conferencing setup connects you seamlessly with remote participants. When brainstorming sessions call for it, there's a flipchart ready in the corner, and the teleconferencing facilities work reliably for audio-only calls. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, complemented by adjustable lighting when London's weather turns grey. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during long strategy sessions, automatically adjusting to maintain the right temperature. Along the sideboard, we keep water glasses and notepads ready, though you're welcome to arrange external catering for working lunches - many of our regular clients bring in sandwiches from the local delis. The neutral colour scheme and contemporary artwork create a calm, professional atmosphere without distraction.
