We've configured this combined space to handle different meeting styles comfortably. For boardroom discussions, we can seat 30 people around tables, while theatre-style presentations accommodate up to 55 attendees. The contemporary furnishings, with subtle green and pink accents in the seating, add character without distraction. Our tech setup includes a large display screen with projector, plus a sound bar and camera for video conferencing, so hybrid meetings run smoothly whether participants are in the room or joining remotely. The flexible layout means we can quickly reconfigure the space between sessions, switching from workshop clusters to presentation rows as your day evolves. Easy to book and check in. It was a little noisy from the room next door but otherwise the room was great. Janine on the front desk was brilliant and really looked after us.

Excellent meeting venue. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect size for up to 4 people. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this meeting space again.
