The glass dome above casts patterns of natural light across red upholstered seating, transforming our Lecture Theatre into something quite special. This Victorian D-shaped space accommodates 120 guests across two tiers of fixed bench seating, where the curved walls create remarkable acoustics that carry every word clearly to the back row. Walking into the theatre, you'll notice portraits of distinguished medical figures watching over proceedings from the walls, while the original wooden podium stands ready at the front. We've carefully preserved these historical touches whilst installing a large projection screen and contemporary lighting system that meets today's presentation needs. The theatre's unique architecture means speakers naturally command attention, whether addressing a corporate conference or delivering training sessions. Our venue sits in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter, making it convenient for attendees arriving at Liverpool Central or Lime Street stations. The Grade II* listed building provides full accessibility with wheelchair access throughout, and we offer complimentary on-site parking for those driving to meetings.
