The St David's Suite takes its name from Wales' patron saint, and we've designed it to be our flagship meeting space. Spanning 235 square metres across our lower ground floor, this is where major conferences unfold and important product launches make their debut. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, transforming what could feel like a basement room into an airy, energising environment. We've found this makes all the difference during day-long AGMs or intensive training sessions. The 2.7-metre ceilings add to the sense of space, while our neutral décor with blue accent chairs keeps the focus on your content rather than competing for attention. We regularly reconfigure the suite depending on what works best for each event. For large presentations, we can accommodate 250 delegates in theatre style. When interaction matters more, our cabaret setup for 120 encourages table discussions while maintaining clear sightlines to the front. The room works equally well for formal dinners (150 guests), classroom-style training (100 participants), boardroom meetings (60 people), or U-shaped configurations (64 attendees). The private bar tucked into the corner means coffee breaks happen without the usual corridor congestion. Your own dedicated restrooms are just steps away, keeping everything contained and efficient. Our AV equipment handles everything from simple PowerPoint presentations to complex multi-screen setups, with our technical team on hand to ensure smooth operation. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of numbers or season, while our Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably. The lower ground location provides natural sound insulation from the rest of our venue, creating a focused environment for confidential discussions or examinations requiring absolute concentration. Being just three miles from Cardiff centre with easy M4 access means delegates arrive unstressed, with our free on-site parking eliminating one more logistical concern.
