The generous window fills the room with natural light throughout the day, offering views of Holborn's busy streets below while you work through your agenda. We've set up the room to seat 12 people comfortably around the boardroom table, with modern chairs that remain supportive even during those marathon strategy sessions. The blue and brown colour scheme creates a professional yet warm atmosphere that helps keep energy levels up without being distracting. Our large AV screen handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video calls with remote team members, and our reception staff are always happy to help with the technical setup before your meeting begins. The sideboard proves particularly useful during longer meetings, giving you space to arrange refreshments without cluttering the main table. Many groups appreciate being able to keep coffee and tea readily available, especially during morning sessions. When you need more space, Meeting Room 3 connects directly with Meeting Room 4, expanding your capacity to 28 people for larger departmental meetings or training sessions. Our central Holborn location means your attendees can easily reach us via multiple transport links, with several tube stations within walking distance. The room's comfortable seating and spacious layout work well for everything from client presentations to internal planning sessions. Would not recommend this for a meeting. TV and protector in the room didn't work, very low staffed and the ones available seemed inexperienced. Very disappointing booking considering the expense.
