The Cedars Suite Our ground floor suite opens straight from the car park through its own private entrance foyer, which means your delegates can slip in for that early morning session without navigating the main hotel. We've hosted everything from board meetings to training days here, and the space adapts brilliantly to whatever configuration works best. The room measures 11.6m x 11.6m, giving you proper space to work with. Natural light pours in through the large windows, though the curtains draw completely when you need to focus on presentations. Speaking of which, we've installed a retractable LCD projector and built-in screen that actually line up properly, plus all the usual tech connections you'd expect. The Wi-Fi holds up even when everyone's downloading hefty files during coffee breaks. For boardroom sessions, we comfortably seat 30 around the table with room to push back chairs and stretch. Theatre style works for up to 100, while classroom and U-shape configurations accommodate 30 with proper desk space for laptops and materials. The carpeting and wall paneling help with acoustics, so you won't catch echoes from the back row. The private bar tucked into the corner proves particularly useful during longer sessions. Coffee breaks feel less rushed when everything's right there, and it transforms nicely for informal networking if you're staying on for drinks afterwards. The 2.44m ceiling height keeps the atmosphere comfortable even during those intensive afternoon workshops. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're eight minutes from Birmingham International Airport and practically next door to the NEC, with plenty of parking spaces available. The Georgian building sits in Meriden village, giving you a proper break from office environments while staying completely accessible for Birmingham-based teams.
