Our Blue Three meeting room works perfectly when your group needs privacy for concentrated discussions. The polished oval wooden table seats up to 20 comfortably, with those distinctive blue chairs that everyone remembers - they're surprisingly comfortable for long strategy sessions. We've designed this space for focus. Without windows, you won't have street distractions or glare on presentation screens, which our regular clients particularly appreciate during confidential board meetings or intensive training workshops. The patterned carpet and neutral walls create a calm environment, while the modern artwork adds just enough visual interest without overwhelming the space. Everything's ready when you arrive. Fresh notepads and pens sit at each place, water jugs are filled, and the room temperature is set just right. The subtle lighting keeps everyone alert without being harsh - we've learned over the years what works best for productive meetings. Blue Three sits within our Victorian building, giving you all the gravitas of our 1880s architecture while you work in modern comfort. Your attendees can arrive easily via Forster Square Train Station just next door, and those driving will find spaces in our on-site car park. During breaks, the foyer bar and Midland Grill Restaurant are just a short walk through our original Victorian corridors. This room particularly suits board meetings, management away-days, interview panels, and training sessions where you need everyone around one table. The boardroom layout accommodates 20 people, though we find groups of 12-16 get the most from the space, allowing room for laptops and papers to spread out properly.
