This is our largest meeting space, accommodating up to 140 delegates theatre-style, though we find many groups prefer the collaborative atmosphere of our cabaret layout for 72, or the more formal boardroom arrangement for 26. The former lecture hall heritage gives the room exceptional acoustics, while our high-definition projector and screen ensure every presentation lands with impact. Adjacent to the historic Sunken Lounge, the Hamlyn Suite benefits from natural break-out space where delegates can stretch their legs between sessions. We've equipped the room with all the essentials, paper, pencils, and water are ready on arrival, and our super-fast fibre optic Wi-Fi handles whatever your presenters throw at it. The flexibility here is what our regular clients appreciate most. One week we're hosting a 90-person awards banquet with round tables dressed for dinner, the next we're reconfiguring for a classroom-style training session for 36. The U-shaped setup for 34 works particularly well for board meetings and strategic planning days where discussion flows freely around the room. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
