Our tenth-floor meeting room wraps around you with warm wood panelling and soft pendant lighting that creates just the right atmosphere for focused discussion. We've positioned ten chairs around our modern boardroom table, each offering clear sightlines to the wall-mounted screen where your presentations come alive. The space works beautifully for board meetings, strategy sessions, or any gathering where you need privacy and concentration. We've installed video conferencing technology that connects seamlessly with remote participants, and the acoustics mean everyone around the table can hear clearly without raising their voices. Natural light filters in while maintaining complete discretion for sensitive conversations. You'll notice we've kept the design deliberately uncluttered. A compact shelving unit holds any materials you might need, and there's a coat rack tucked discreetly by the door. The neutral colour scheme, punctuated by those distinctive pendant lamps, helps maintain focus without feeling sterile or corporate. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations both just minutes away. Your guests will appreciate the Marylebone location, quieter than the main business districts but still completely central. If anyone arrives early or you need a break between sessions, we have outdoor spaces on both the second floor and rooftop where you can step out for fresh air or continue conversations in a different setting. Previous clients have praised our modern, clean spaces and excellent location, though we're always working to perfect our check-in process to ensure your room is ready the moment you arrive. Please note that if you'd like catering for your meeting, we need at least two days' notice to arrange everything properly.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
