Our Meriden Suite sits on the upper floors of the building, giving your meeting a sense of privacy away from the main hotel bustle. The carpet's geometric pattern in warm greys creates visual interest without being distracting, while we've positioned potted plants throughout the space to bring a touch of greenery into your working environment. We've configured this room to work brilliantly for groups of different sizes. In boardroom style, we comfortably seat 22 around our polished tables, perfect for strategic planning sessions or board meetings. For training workshops, the classroom layout accommodates 18 delegates with proper desk space for laptops and note-taking. When you need presentation-style seating, we can arrange up to 45 chairs in theatre format, while our U-shaped configuration for 25 works particularly well for interactive discussions and team briefings. The projector and dropdown screen are positioned for clear sightlines from every seat, and we've installed multiple power points around the room so nobody's fighting over charging spots.
