Meeting Room 3 sits on the top floor of our venue, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Canada Water dock below. You'll watch ducks glide past during morning sessions, and the changing light throughout the day keeps the space feeling fresh. With capacity for 35 people around tables or 60 in theatre rows, this is our largest standalone meeting room, popular with training providers and workshop facilitators who need that extra space to move around. The built-in projector and large screen are already positioned for optimal viewing from every seat. We regularly host product training sessions here, where teams spread out materials across the tables, and leadership workshops that use the full room for breakout activities. The natural light flooding in means you rarely need to adjust the overhead lighting, even on cloudy London days. Our location directly above Canada Water station makes timing predictable for your attendees. They step off the Jubilee line or Overground, take the escalator up, and they're at our entrance. No complicated directions needed. The library setting means the building stays quiet during business hours, with none of the disruption you might find in busier commercial spaces. Caff A on the ground floor handles all catering requests. Most groups start with coffee and pastries delivered as people arrive, then break for lunch downstairs or have sandwiches brought up. The café team knows our regular meeting rhythms and times deliveries to avoid interrupting presentations. Water jugs are refreshed throughout the day without you having to ask. Previous clients particularly mention the reliability of our setup. Everything works first time, the room temperature stays comfortable, and the wifi handles everyone logging on simultaneously. Have met there regularly over the last few months with my working group using room 4. Convenient by Canada Water tube station, nice view of the pond with ducks, plenty of places to eat and easy to get there from London Bridge. Library staff very friendly to check in and...
