The Garden Room greets you with walls of windows that frame our landscaped gardens, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. This conservatory-style room sits at the perfect junction between our historic mill building and the grounds beyond, with French doors that open directly onto the garden terrace when your meeting needs a breath of fresh air. We've designed this space to work however you need it. For board meetings, we can arrange seating for up to 28 people around the table, while theatre-style presentations work beautifully for groups up to 85. The built-in LCD projector and screen mean you won't need to worry about technical setup, and we keep flipcharts ready for brainstorming sessions. When the sun gets too bright, the blackout blinds give you complete control over lighting conditions, while air-conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. The room's versatility extends beyond traditional meetings. We regularly host training workshops here, with U-shaped configurations that encourage discussion and interaction. Product launches benefit from the garden access, allowing demonstrations to flow between indoor presentations and outdoor networking. Private dining events work particularly well in this space, with our 2 AA Rosette kitchen creating menus that match your requirements. Our location just outside Cambridge city centre means you avoid the hassle of navigating narrow streets and hunting for parking. Everyone can park free on-site and still reach us easily from the A14 or by train to Cambridge station. The peaceful setting helps teams focus without city distractions, while remaining close enough for evening activities in Cambridge if desired. Between sessions, the garden terrace becomes a natural breakout space, or your group might prefer our Celtic Bar for informal discussions.
