We've designed the Cologne Suite as a practical workspace where Liverpool's business community can gather and get things done. The room sits on one of our upper floors, just across from Lime Street Station, so your attendees can step off the train and be in their seats within minutes. The suite accommodates up to 40 people for receptions, though most groups prefer our boardroom setup for 16 or classroom arrangement for 20. We've kept the decor purposefully calm with soft blue tones on the lower walls and a patterned carpet that doesn't show coffee spills. The ergonomic chairs actually support you through long sessions, and we can reconfigure the tables however you need them, whether that's U-shaped for 12 people during workshops or theatre-style for 30 when you're presenting to a larger group. You'll find a whiteboard mounted on the wall and flip charts ready to go, because we know someone always needs to sketch out an idea mid-meeting. The lighting is bright enough to keep everyone alert, and while there aren't windows in this particular room, the air conditioning keeps the space fresh even when discussions get heated. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping out when you're screen-sharing. Between sessions, your team can grab proper coffee from our To Go Café serving Starbucks, or head to The View Restaurant where St. George's Hall provides the backdrop for working lunches. The 24-hour mini gym is there when you need to clear your head, and our lobby's E Bar offers informal spots to continue conversations. Being this central means after-work options are endless, with Liverpool's restaurants and the Royal Court Theatre just a short walk away.
