Our first-floor Elm Room combines practical design with genuine comfort, creating the kind of space where ideas flow naturally. We've found this natural brightness keeps energy levels up throughout those long strategy sessions. The room adapts to how you work best. Set it boardroom-style for 18 when you need everyone around one table for decision-making. Configure it classroom-style for 16 during training workshops where note-taking matters. For presentations to larger groups, we arrange theatre seating for up to 36 delegates. The U-shaped layout works brilliantly for 16 people when you want that collaborative feel with clear sightlines to the presenter. We've installed our Owl Pro hybrid conferencing system here, which means remote colleagues join meetings as naturally as those in the room. The flatscreen TV displays presentations clearly from any seat, while our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without that frustrating lag.
