The Conference Room works particularly well for groups who need flexibility in how they use the space. We can set it up for 24 people around boardroom tables when you need everyone facing each other for discussion, or arrange classroom-style seating for the same number when training is the focus. For larger presentations, we fit 40 in theatre style, while U-shaped layouts work nicely for 18 when you want that collaborative feel. The room gets plenty of natural light through its large windows, which our regular users tell us makes a real difference during long sessions. We've installed proper air conditioning that keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, and the ceiling-mounted projector connects easily to laptops without the usual technical hassles. You'll find flip charts and a whiteboard ready to use, plus our Wi-Fi handles video calls and large file downloads without dropping out. Our modular tables and comfortable blue chairs mean we can reconfigure the space between sessions if you need different setups throughout the day. The neutral décor and soft lighting create a professional atmosphere without feeling stark or corporate. Everything is wheelchair accessible, including the facilities on this floor. Getting here is straightforward, with Mornington Crescent and Camden Town stations both within a few minutes' walk. Your attendees coming from further afield can reach us easily from King's Cross or St Pancras. Throughout the day, you'll have access to our refreshment area where we keep Fairtrade tea and coffee brewing, along with herbal options and biscuits. We can arrange proper meals too, from working lunches to evening dinners, with menus that cater to all dietary requirements including halal, kosher, vegan and gluten-free options. Our reception team stays on hand during your booking to help with anything that comes up, whether that's an extra flipchart or directions to the best local lunch spots.

The Gestalt Centre is a great venue – the room had plenty of natural daylight and was a good size for our needs. Lunch and refreshments were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
