The Dickens Suite works particularly well for strategy sessions and team workshops where you need everyone engaged. We've arranged the space with plush red chairs that keep delegates comfortable through those longer planning meetings, and the patterned carpet adds warmth without being distracting during presentations. Our built-in LCD screen connects easily to laptops, and we've tested the Wi-Fi extensively to handle multiple devices without dropping connection. The suite accommodates different working styles: 16 people around our boardroom table for executive meetings, theatre-style for 25 when you're presenting to a larger group, or cabaret layout for 18 when you want teams working on separate projects together. Natural light comes through our windows throughout the day, which we find helps maintain energy levels during intensive sessions. When you need to control the lighting for presentations, our blinds give you complete flexibility. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable regardless of how many people you have in the room or what time of year you're meeting. Our venue sits in the Lace Market, just 0.7 miles from Nottingham Station. Many of our regular clients walk from the station in about 15 minutes, or it's a quick taxi ride. We have an arrangement with Lace Market Car Park, 0.2 miles away, for those driving in. The Dickens Suite connects to our other meeting spaces, so if you need breakout areas or want to expand your event, we can open up adjoining rooms. Our catering team provides working lunches, formal dining, or just coffee and pastries, depending on your agenda. The space is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and our team helps with any equipment setup you need for your meeting.
