When eight minds need to converge around important decisions, our Racecar meeting room on the lower ground floor provides exactly the right environment. The name hints at the pace of business conducted here, where teams power through agendas with the help of our large high-resolution screen and plug-and-play presentation technology. The room's typographic wall graphics nod to our building's newspaper heritage, while the writable wall beside the screen becomes your canvas for mapping out ideas and strategies. We've arranged the space in a boardroom layout with a solid table and modern chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer sessions. Though positioned on the lower ground floor without natural light, our LED lighting creates a warm, focused atmosphere that many teams find helps maintain concentration. Everything runs smoothly with our high-speed WiFi and air conditioning keeping the temperature just right. We provide chilled bottled water and proper glassware as standard, and when you need that caffeine boost, Java Java on our ground floor delivers directly to your room. Their Union Coffee Roasters beverages and fresh flatbreads have become a bit of a legend among our regular clients, with Felix and the catering team often mentioned by name in feedback. Finding us couldn't be simpler, with St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Holborn, and Blackfriars stations all within walking distance. City Thameslink sits nearby too, and when you need to stretch your legs between sessions, Covent Garden and Farringdon are pleasant walks away. The room was great and Zipcube were very helpful but the staff at the venue were clueless and it was difficult to get everything set up

This room is not great. It’s noisy - not sure where it comes from (above I think). The lighting is poor for a meeting space, not great for a full day event. The temperature was difficult to get right.

Great little room, exactly what I needed. Building was easy to find. Had a little bother with the keypad at first and there was nobody on reception but I got sorted by a nice lady on the phone so it was all fine. Will definitely use again.

The room was cold, the TV/screen didn't work with the correct plug so they had to come and stretch another lead across the space where I was presenting. All the corridors had reently been refurbihsed so there was plastic sheeting everywhere. There was no natural light. ...
